2 years of dreaming and believing.. Thousands of hours learning, researching, and implementing to see what worked and what didn't. What started as a habit in 2014 and a thought in 2019, turned into the biggest challenge of my life, and finally, the sweet success of a physical product.

Yesterday I sent my Prompted Journal to print.
The same one I used the move the needle in my own life, in all the important categories.

I wanted to create something that would help you:
Walk in alignment with your assignment.
Remind you that integrity will always be on-trend.
That not “if”, but “when” you fail, to remind yourself that you're human and imperfect. That we should all normalize failure.

That hidden in every challenge is a gift.
And if you're going to talk that talk, you'd better be willing to walk that walk.
To never stop dreaming. To Get a plan. Be willing to work for it.
That It'll be worth it in the end.

I still can’t believe that I created a physical product, and better yet - that it actually changed my life!

He wants me to buy a race car with 2 nitrogen tanks, that has centripetal force (*I had to google that) and goes loopity-loop.

Hux’s only wish every morning is for me to "drive like a hooligan!" Should I be concerned?? 🤔

You're my favourite month, my birthday month, my champagne, easter egg + holiday month, but I'm sitting down for 5 seconds, okay?

Things you taught me this time round.
1. Live your life in order of priority.
2. Stay on Purpose.
3. Be present where your feet are.

If you don't live your life in order of priority, the Jenga blocks will come down in spectacular fashion as soon as life gets busy. Be crystal clear on what those priorities are.

More often than not, this will require you to say "NO" (to a lot of people and things). Accept and embrace that being kind to yourself, your health, your loved ones, your business, will require boundaries, guard rails, and relentless focus. None of which will be possible if you don't know what your priority in the moment is.

Stay on Purpose. You’ve been blessed with gifts & talents. Use them for the betterment of others. It'll bring you fulfillment. The kind money can't buy.

Be present where your feet are. Do what it takes to get the job done, no matter what... but strive to to accomplish it during office hours. When it's time to be with your family, and friends, be present. Not on your phone, present.

Live well, enjoy yourself, and reconnect with your personal values. Switching your phone to flighmode for at least 9 hours (while you sleep + an hour before & after) is part of self-care. Give your mind a break.
